My wife and I recently purchased our new home which is on conservation land with a stream that runs through it, our perfect dream home. We are located in an area that has many trails (right across the road) that nature lovers visit frequently year round, there is always at least 4-5 vehicles parked across the road from us at the entrance to one of the trails. We have tossed around the idea of setting up some type of craft/gift shop but are unsure of what may or may not work...has anyone else done anything like this and what has worked for you...we would love to hear from people who have ventured into this and welcome your suggestions
